Beginning her career in neonatal intensive care, Caroline developed a strong foundation in patient safety, precision, and compassionate care. Her transition into aesthetic medicine allowed her to combine her nursing background with her appreciation for beauty, balance, and the subtle details that make every face unique.

After years of working as an aesthetic nurse injector, Caroline founded The Fine Edit Aesthetics with a vision to create something more personal than the traditional med spa experience.
